ICT teaching in Year 11 comprises one double period per week for 20% of the academic year, as part of the PSHE carousel. Pupils work to improve word-processing and spreadsheet skills. This is helpful preparation for the ECDL in the sixth form and also ensures that the pupils have the skills necessary to complete any ICT component of GCSE subject coursework.
