Intermediate UK National Mathematics Competition

News of yet more successes for our pupils in National and International events.

The results for those who scored enough points to progress through to the Olympiad and European Kangaroo competitions in April are listed below.

The top 25% of pupils in the Kangaroo events obtain Certificates of Merit, the rest a Certificate of Participation. The top 25% of pupils in the Olympiad events obtain Certificates of Distinction; most of the rest gain Certificates of Merit.

Segun Ilelaboye received a Certificate of Merit for the Cayley (Olympiad) competition and Noor Jan-Mohamed a Certificate of Participation for the Grey Kangaroo competition respectively.

Rajiv Patel received a Certificate of Distinction and Edward Davenport a Certificate of Merit for the Hamilton (Olympiad) competition.

Jamie Harding and Joe Thomas-Bohl received Merit and Participation awards respectively for the Pink Kangaroo competition.
